1 Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depository Group (ACG)

The Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depository Group (ACG) was formed in November 1997 with the objective to facilitate the exchange of information and to promote mutual assistance among member securities depositories and clearing organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. As of the end of 2025, it represents 36 members and 6 associate members across the Asia-Pacific region.
CSDC is a founding member of the ACG and serves as the convener of the Legal Task Force within the Group. CSDC holds a seat at the Executive Committee of the ACG. From September 2019 to September 2024, CSDC undertook Chairmanship and Secretariat of ACG and engaged in regular meetings and discussions at the World Forum of CSDs (WFC) on behalf of ACG.
2 International Securities Services Association (ISSA)

Established in Switzerland, in 1979, the International Securities Services Association (ISSA) is an international association that supports the Securities Services industry globally. ISSA’s members include central securities depositories, custodians, technology companies and other firms that are actively involved in all aspects of the Securities Services value chain. ISSA’s vision is to shape the future of Securities Services.
CSDC became a member of ISSA in December 2012.
3 World Federation of Exchanges (WFE)

Established in 1961,the World Federation Exchanges (WFE) is the global industry association for exchanges and clearing houses. It represents over 250 market infrastructure providers, including standalone CCPs that are not part of exchange groups. The WFE engages with policy makers and regulators in an open, collaborative way, reflecting the central, public role that exchanges and CCPs play in a globally integrated financial system.
CSDC became a member of WFE in January 2018.
4 International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO)

Established in 1983, International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) is the international body that brings together the world’s securities regulators and is recognized as the global standard setter for financial markets regulation. IOSCO’s Objectives and Principles of Securities Regulation are endorsed by both the G20 and the FSB and serve as the overarching core principles of securities regulation.
As of the end of 2025, IOSCO has 133 Ordinary Members, 33 Affiliate Members, and 75 Associate Members.
CSDC joined IOSCO as an Affiliate Member in July 2014.
5 International Capital Markets Association (ICMA)

Established in 1968, International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) is a not-for-profit membership association that serves the needs of its wide range of member firms in global capital markets, including private and public sector issuers, banks and securities dealers, asset and fund managers, insurance companies, law firms, capital market infrastructure providers and central banks. ICMA brings together members from all segments of the wholesale and retail debt securities markets, and focuses on a comprehensive range of market practice and regulatory issues which impact all aspects of international market functioning.
As of the end of 2025, ICMA has around 640 members active in all segments of international debt capital markets in 71 jurisdictions globally.
CSDC became an ICMA member in March 2020.
6 CCP Global

Established in 2001, CCP Global (formerly known as “Global Association of Central Counterparties” or “CCP12”) is the global association for central counterparties (CCPs), representing 45 members who operate over 60 individual CCPs globally across the Americas, EMEA, and the Asia-Pacific region. CCP Global promotes effective, practical, and appropriate risk management and operational standards for CCPs to ensure the safety and efficiency of the financial markets it represents.
CSDC joined CCP Global in September 2016.
